Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every product you receive from Bold Voices Style. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • It must include the original packaging and proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Return requests must be submitted to support@boldvoicesstyle.com before sending the item back.

Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer — we’ll guide you through the proper return address and process.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • If rejected (e.g., item is damaged or used), we’ll explain the reason and return options (if any).

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your return was due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

Haven’t received your refund yet?

  1. Double-check your bank or credit card account.
  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take time before a refund is officially posted.
  3. Still no update? Contact us at support@boldvoicesstyle.com and we’ll help you track it down.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at support@boldvoicesstyle.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

🎁 Gifts

Returning a gift? If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
  • Once we receive the return, a gift card will be issued to your email.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service
  • Purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
